Full Time

The Manager, Research Administration position is onsite at the Chicago headquarters office and provides integral support for the Research Program by managing all incoming grant applications, contracting, reporting, payments and other administrative functions. This position plays a critical role liaising between the Research Team and Communications, Finance, and Development departments. In addition to the grant programs, the Research Administrator coordinates and administers several other programs within the Research department and is a key point-of-contact for various committees and external partners.

As Digital Marketing Manager for Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy (CURE), you would be responsible for online lead generation, supporter engagement, and fundraising, as a means to educate constituents and supporters about research discoveries, and for raising money online for research to cure epilepsy and reduce treatment side effects. Your key respinsibilities would include online campaign strategy and messaging, implementing fundraising email campaigns from start-to-finish, search engine marketing and optimization, and more.

The Development Manager, Major Donor Relations is responsible for actively seeking new funding opportunities while developing strategies for increasing a broader base of donors to support the organization. This position is responsible for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major donor prospects, inclusive of corporate, individual and foundation sources. The Development Manager will cultivate donors making major gifts in the range of $10,000-$100,000. The Development Manager will also be responsible for planning and executing proven engagement strategies that result in both donor retention and increased giving. This position will build a significant prospect base and assume responsibility for a fundraising goal.
