Jamie’s Story
Age 14: seizure disorder.
Age 19: epilepsy.
Age 27: permanently disabled.
Age 29: Idiopathic generalized epilepsy. Over 2000mg of anti-epileptic medication a day. Extremely bad experience, took myself off medication immediately.
Age 37: still off medication! My symptoms changed immediately but also slowly. Extremely strict eating lifestyle. Recent ambulatory EEG, no seizures. New doctor tells me I am in in REMISSION (Not possible unless you have been on medication and then seizure free).
I found many keys to not allowing seizures to happen again. It’s been 3 years since grand mal.
