Hi my name is Francine. I had brain surgery in 1991 at Hospital for joint disease. I had epilepsy. I had complex partial seizures..it was the first epilepsy hospital to open. Dr Lucian and Dr. Decolia were my doctors…it took me up to 2 years to get my surgery…I had a lot of testing before I was qualified. I had complex partial seizures…I lost memory ..anxiety and fear…I was in the hospital for 29 days…I had two surgeries…I am 62 years old …I feel great…I am amazed I what I went through…It took me a few years to get back to reality..I lost short and long term memory. I learned to adjust. I kiss the ground I walk on, to have a second chance. The DOCTORS were excellent.I had to tell my story. Thank you.
