When I was 5, I was diagnosed with epilepsy, I would have up to 5 to 18 episodes a day. I was put on several different medications and had to take a flight to get brain surgery. Because I spent most of my childhood in the hospital getting MRIs, getting asked questions about, it you name it. It limited my physical abilities but that didn’t stop me from being me and having fun. To this day I’m healthy, in college, and a parkour athlete. I may have epilepsy but I’ve proven it doesn’t own me.
