Francine’s Story

Hi my name is Francine ..I had brain surgery in 1991..at Hospital for joint disease..I had epilepsy..I had complex partial seizures..it was the first epilepsy hospital to open ..Dr Lucian and Dr. Decolia were my doctors…it took me up to 2 years to get my surgery…I had a lot of testing before I was qualified. I had complex partial seizures…I lost memory ..anxiety and fear…I was in the hospital for 29 days…I had two surgeries…I am 62 years old …I feel great…I am amazed I what I went through…It took me a few years to get back to reality..I lost short and long term memory ..I learned to adjust..I kiss the ground I walk on ..to have a second chance.. The DOCTORS were excellent..I had to tell my story..thank you.
