Expand Study
The EXPAND Clinical Research Study is looking for study volunteers between the ages of 2 and 25 diagnosed with Childhood or Juvenile Absence Epilepsy. The study is researching an investigational medication that is believed to work differently from anti-epileptic medicines already approved for absence seizures. The investigational medication in this study has been approved in several countries by health authorities to treat a different type of seizure, called a partial-onset seizure (or focal onset seizures). STARS Study
The STARS Study is testing an inhaler containing an investigational drug to see whether it could help people who experience prolonged epileptic seizures (i.e. lasting more than 3 minutes).
This is a Phase 3, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study to assess the efficacy and safety of Staccato Alprazolam in study participants age 12 years and older with stereotypical prolonged seizures. The primary and secondary outcome measures will focus on treatment success for the treated seizure and recurrence of seizures in the hours following treatment, as well as gathering information on safety and any adverse events.

Primary Generalized Tonic-Clonic (PGTC) Seizures
SK Life Science, Inc. is currently enrolling patients in one clinical trial investigating a potential new treatment for teens with primary generalized tonic-clonic (PGTC) seizures. SK Life Science is currently looking for parents and/or caregivers of adolescents diagnosed with PGTC seizures, who might be interested in participating.
