Born in Dallas, TX but raised around the country, Steve received a Bachelor of Arts in History, with minors in International Relations and French from Boston University. He then entered the field of Public Relations/Corporate Communications in New York City where he met his wife, Susan. He has practiced corporate communications for almost 25 years, managing strategic global communications for organizations, both public and private.
He has been a supporter of CURE Epilepsy for many years, with a passion to help others with this condition, which he was diagnosed with at the age of 12. He knows many are not as fortunate as himself and believes the most effective route to helping is through innovative research that has the promise to advance our knowledge, find new treatments and hopefully develop a “cure”.
For the past 16 years, he has worked for Fidelity Investments in Boston. He currently lives in the Boston area with his wife, Susan, and their two children, Nick and Natalie, who have helped inspire him to continue to support the important work at CURE Epilepsy.
