Meet the 2021 CURE Epilepsy Scholars!

Introducing the recipients of the 2021 CURE Education Enrichment Fund (EEF) Scholarship! All 10 scholars have all been personally impacted by epilepsy and will together receive nearly $50,000 to advance their education while bringing greater awareness to epilepsy.

Included among this year’s scholars are an artist pursuing an animation degree to tell the stories of people with disabilities, especially epilepsy and autism; an individual with epilepsy pursuing a Masters in Library Science who wants to help others to gain better access to reliable resources about epilepsy; and a mother studying to be a registered nurse hoping to bring coordinated care to rural communities and help others like her child who live with epilepsy.

Learn about our 2021 scholars and how they plan to become agents of change.
