I have had epilepsy since I was a baby and diagnosed at 18 months. My mother was told they were nightmares at first. I have gone through several hospitalizations and underwent surgery at 12 yrs old. Seizures went from generalized grand mal to focal aware. Although years later I am seizure free, the fight isn’t over and we need a cure for everyone out there who is living with uncontrolled epilepsy.
