Our daughter Carson was born on November 3, 2025. Just two weeks later, our family’s life changed in an instant when my wife, Paige, had a full tonic-clonic seizure at home. At the time, I knew very little about seizures and feared the worst. The next two days in the hospital were filled with tests, scans, and medical terms we were only beginning to understand.
Having to stand and watch as someone you love experiences a seizure is profoundly frightening and traumatic. Since Paige’s epilepsy diagnosis, our family has been adjusting to a new normal, and we are deeply grateful for the support of our community, compassionate medical professionals, and the treatments that continue to guide us forward.
