Celia Pohani Huber, MBA

Board Member

Celia Pohani Huber is a Senior Partner in McKinsey & Company’s North American Healthcare practice and is a leader at the intersection of strategic direction and healthcare. She has served a broad range of clients in health and retirement benefits administration, health insurance, and claims-intensive businesses. In her 20 years with the McKinsey, she has worked with nonprofit and publicly-traded health insurers, benefits administrators, healthcare providers, and public sector payors, including state-level entities.

Outside of work, Celia is passionate about children and serving the community. She has led McKinsey’s partnership with the Pittsburgh Public Schools system, including launching the “Pittsburgh Promise;” the successful application for a grant from the Gates Foundation, and a plan to improve teacher effectiveness. She has also been intimately involved with her local chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, working on their strategy and ultimately serving on the Board of Directors of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Pennsylvania.

Celia holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with High Honors, and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She lives in Los Altos Hills, CA, with her husband, Daniel, and two children. Celia was instrumental in leading CURE’s 2009 Strategic Plan, and has been a long-time supporter of the Organization.
